Ooookay... i have give up making a fansite myself as im rubbish:D

I need a coded site.... i really want it to look like http://www.habbostatic.com/ i will be adding a flash banner... need it to be iframes..... havent finalised the name yet but that shouldnt matter...

not sure how much im offering yet but ill read up on older posts and try and find an average cost and decide on the final product.
