I'm having problems logging in as when I try to "enter the hotel" just as my habbo SHOULD pop up and wave at me, I get a Disconnected message and the space where my name and mission should be on Hotel View both just read
'0'. Any thoughts about why this could be happening and what I can do to fix it? Oh and Ive sent them a email too, just wanted your opinions. :D

Thanks for your reply but I have already tried deleting all Cookies and temporary internet files. :S
make a new account on your computer (not habbo account) - a user like guest etc
log into habbo via that

Try uninstalling shockwave. Then, install the latest edition.
Uninstall and then re-install shockwave.
Clear your cookies/cache ect.

Is this account the only one your having problems with? do you use any other browsers?

Ive tried un-installng and re-installing shockwave which failed. :(
Then I tried creating a new user like Kyle said: Also failed.
Then I tried using an old user: FAILED.
There must be something badly wrong, but I can get into other hotel totally fine :S
That's what annoys me, and I got my reply from habbo. They just had the same advice as you guys, which innevitably failed also. :D
It doesn't look good, I might have to un-install windows and re-install everything which I REALLY can't be bothered doing, :S

Try using internet explorer instead of Mozilla firefox, if this doesnt work then I can't think of anything else it might be..

In reply to Boxiel, yes I have different browsers, of which I have tried all of them. None worked as you may have guessed. :S
