Sorry, I am not keen on this design. Too much of one colour and too much use of the default graidents in Photoshop.

Imoo, you have overused the powers of Photoshop. Maybe try a web 2.0 template...

Has potential, but can't say I love it. I'd try some different colours, and have some padding at the sides, it looks too bunched up together.
