Possibly..best thing to do would be to go to your doctor.

I thought I had asthma because I found it hard to breathe etc..
but I just had a lung infection.
And again I found it hard to breathe, and had a chest infection.
I got antibiotics for both and it made things better:)

Well they're not gonna make it worse, or kill you are they?!
Hope you're okay, Soph.

Yeh, taking antibiotics is ok, but you dont want to take them all your life.

Seek your doctor and he'll give you information.

Antibiotics normally solve things in 1-2 weeks...

I have asthma and its better to get it checked out because if it not controlled it can be a right pain. If you Mother has asthma too then it is quite likely. You will probably know more if you do a peak flow test with a nurse at the doctor's surgery. Meanwhile if you don't feel too good just try to relax and breathe slowly and deeply :)

Best thing you could do is go and see your doctor.

If there isn't anything wrong maybe you should go for regual runs like start with a short root and extend it. :)

Good luck :D
