Iframes problem :S

Hi,

I can do useally can make Iframes but i have come to a problem. What i want is a page with the smallist posible frame (the nav bar part) and then have the content to auto fill the screen so no need for extra scroll bars. I dont know if this is posible but if it is can someone help me out plz.
