Runescape to Habbo Prices?

Correct me if I'm wrong but through my market research I've discovered that...

HC Sofa= 80-100k
Norms(3 cred not good just normal): 1200-1000 GP


Is this correct? I have found out more details ranging from norms to seasonals and even rares and am willing to post the entire guide since I seriously haven't found any (Here's where if you know one you post the link!).

Another note: 45k-50k per your holly =) I don't go first, previous trade history= Extremely good. Additional 20k-50k given to safety room creating. Make the rooms only after I trade you please.

the prices change all the time and enless youre willing to update it almost everyday thats fine.. you could aks for it to be stickyd i guess?

Not fussed really its fine by me I just didn't want to waste my time if there WAS a guide already. By God.. those days HC's were 100-150k I know that I've been weaving in and out of many rooms and questioning many people on values.

The prices do change but have been steady at 100k per hc for a while now , the lowest is around 80k i've seen someone sell one for.

People will only pay whatever they think is right because there is no guides like habbox. I myself wouldn't mind a guide whether its by me or not.

yh an as soon as a guide comes up it will utterly skrew up prices..

Although I REALLY do agree on that I'm also saying there is an advantage hanging in there that IF only IF you want you can use and not be mislead.

Also I need a few prices if someone can help me find:
Petal Patch
Credit conversion(20 creds= ??? GP, should it be a direct amount from HC Conversion?)
Unpure rares that people don't like (Example: HC Retro Lamp,Yellow Marquee, etc etc.)

I used to buy hc sofas at 70k a few months ago but the price is increasing too quickly. Making a guide in a way is bad cause then people will have to pay more which for the buyer suckers lol.
