Some of the staff

Managers & Management seem to turn a blind eye at the idiocy of some of there staff. I'm on here for probaly another 10 minutes so I wont take too long.

Firstly, a certain help desk staff & he probaly has some other jobs idk, rips an alt & wins a competition with it. Doesn't that warrant some sort of action taken, then brags about it in a thread, personally I don't see how he is still staff? His job is 100% Habbo orientated, I'm sure he'll bring a great reputation to the Help Desk, very nice.

Also, another forum moderator & rare values staff made up rubbish news which he knew wasn't true, in order to, a) get reputation - b) get attention & c) make himself well known. Of course his thread backfired and made him look like a total douchebag. Aswell as a few other threads which he has purposely posted false news in order for the above ^^.

Is the standard of staff so low now that you'll allow them to make themselves & the departments look like complete morons, as to why they are not fired yet I have no idea.

As for help desk, there are so many that abuse there rights, not sure which 1 of them u mean :p

And msb. you get kicked in the help desk because your continue to come and be: Pathetic, immature, lame, abusive, arguementative and generally annoying to other members/visitors.
If you feel you get abused in it, simply dont come :S

There are two possible sections this should be under. Habbox Feedback is deffinatly not one of them.

- Complaints section - You will get a responce, if deemed required, from higher management here. Then everyone can see what is said.
- Report Serious Abuse section - If you believe the concern to be private, in here you will get a reply from either a SMod, or higher management.

Furthermore, for problems directly related to staff, nvrspk4 is your man.
