Don't like the colour of the text, make it something darker, it isn't very defined. In addition, I'd change the white to something else, it's kind of stark with the green. Also, the blue banner doesn't match the colour scheme, I'd change that too...

I'll agree with that. Although the white does go with the article section.

Ill give you the bad points so you can improve:
-Drop shadows too strong
-The colours are nasty and all the same
-The text is too big, try verdana size 10

I dont like it at all.

The header thing is getting old now, move on. The shadow on the header is to strong and the colours are not to my taste.

Also you need to turn anti-alias off on content text & make the text smaller ;)
