This isn't against the rules, plus if I remember correctly then you can't go on Habbo using proxies...

When you're IP banned on Habbo, Proxies don't bypass that. Anyway, he is trying to find Proxies for him to go on blocked sites at College, which isn't breaking the Habbo way.

proxies give you a temporary new ip address therefore you can bypass a habbo ban

I still don't think you can get on Habbo with a proxy, I think I tried it before like years ago.
Even if that was true, he isn't using it for that, and this isn't against the forum rules as I'm pretty sure somewhere there is a thread stickied full of Proxies.

firstly, this is the OUTSIDE HABBO section. Secondly this is clearly NOTHING TO DO WITH HABBO. Third, habbo is basically crap and it's pathetic that people would be that desperate to use it that they'd use a proxy. Fourth, it says nothing in the rules about proxies. It is not hacking or 'scripting,' it is being used in this context to allow access to sites that are blocked. Fifth, although I'm actually doing it myself right now, I thought I'd bring it up. You're breaking the rules by telling people that they have.
