I didnt ask for the font type, I asked what effect is it using to make the bottom have a bigger stroke then the top.

Drop shadow at 100% opacity moves to make it look like that?

Nope they done this:

text,
stroke.
most the text up towards the top left.
Then organised it a bit more to give the effect.

What do you mean 'most' the text up? And organize it?

The stroke goes onto a different layer than text yes?
On the original text layer, with it selected, use your arrow keys
to move it up and put into the position you want.
