his location is kettering, lol k-town is what the rudeboiz call kidlington were i live. ktown ox5 brap n ting.
and anyway, well the main confidence booster would be to pluck up the courage and go for it, then when you succeed you'd gain the confidence you first needed.
but posting here won't help really, to gain confidence you gotta do it on your own in your own way.

oh kk luff ya x
Try smaller things to build confidence first, like talking more to older people, making more eye contact, talking more to younger people etc. Then you will see it build. I was recently placed in my schol as sports leader and since then my popularity and confidence have both shot up alot. Alot more younger people are talking to me with respect and stuff. So it makes me feel confident that I have friends of all ages throughout the school.
Hope that helped a little bit, Good luck with your modelling :)
Thanks :).

Your welcome, and keep us posted on how everything goes. :)
Lately i've though of a thing to say in my head "It's not like someone's gunna come up to you and go "omg your ugly", they MIGHT just think it, and you don't know if they do or not, so your fine, it doesn't affect you. someone is very very unlikely to knock you down for no reason."

First of all, don't build your confidence for the going to check out the clothes modelling. Work on building confidence to fall back on, rather than working on confidence for something that may not be successful, or if you get the decision you weren't hoping for. I'm not saying you'll get thrown back, but if you say you're low on confidence you should gain some before putting your current confidence to go for something that may not happen, so to speak.
Good luck with it all though.

New clothes give me confidence sometimes.
I agree, it's gotta be built up slowly. I've always been and outgoing and bubbly person, so I'm really confident. I agree with people suggesting concentrating on looking people in the eye when you talk to them. That's huge. It can be really hard to do sometimes, but if you force yourself to do so, I think you'll see a huge benefit :)

Maybe this wouldn't be the greatest line of work then because if you hear Tyra Banks or other models speak, they are continuously critisized of their looks & asked to change certain things about themselves. Like you might be asked to lose weight, etc. & this wouldn't help your confidence or self esteem issues. So try building up these things if you really want to do it.

What you need is simply, self-esteem. You need to let your self know that you are great! You'll never get anywhere in life if you don't try. Try the following steps to try and help you decide;
Ask people who you look. (Preferably people who would be honest.)
Model to your self in the mirror.
Model to your Family or Friends and see what they think.
Look at other girls, do they look better than you? or are you the same.
Most Importantly, be confident!
im male btw :/
Thanks all :] x
