I made a thread about this before, when my computer got wrecked, yet I had no proof. Well now I have got proof. So if you have it, I wouldn't keep it if I were you! Even after these images, if you still don't beleive me, then download Siteadvisor. If you still don't beleive me (or it!) then, well, its your own choice. (Well of course, unless SiteAdvisor is lying, which isn't likely!)

EDIT; Apparenly Microsoft has deemed it safe to use. I'm still not going to use it, SA has never failed me before! (:
EDIT; For the last time, I don't have msgplus myself, I didn't install the sponsor, and the last file in the results is the raw 4.1 file, without the sponsor.

did you install the sponser? microsoft have said it's not a virus, so you must of installed the sponser which is either adware or spyware, i forgot.

edit; that's cos of the sponser that you can install. it's not the actual program.

No its not unless you are unable to read.

In the installation it asks if you want to install its "sponsor program". Thats the adware NOT MSN plus. Its your fault for not reading it.

They're just saying that when you install it with the sponsor thing ticked that it has adware (I think it's that) It's perfectly safe.

How is it proof..? Just because a anti-virus has said so doesn't mean it's true, they're prone to make mistakes, they're so paranoid xD

Unless you managed to dig up something in the source which proves it's a virus, then it's virtually impossible to prove any application is a virus.

I had messenger plus for what? Like years. I had no viruses due to it. People may get viruses/spyware if they install the sponsor.

Why the **** is everyone flaming him for being suspicious about a virus? All his doing is helping people? Its not his fault if his wrong about the results? What his done is posted it on here and has actually tried to help people and stop them from getting a virus. Even if his wrong about it, he still tried to help.

I have MSN Plus! & my computer is fine. Also, I don't have the sponsor & it works just fine. It's not MSN, it's something completely different. Maybe where you downloaded it from. Maybe it's not a safe site.

I love these arguements, it clearly says that its the sponsors, and I am sure if it was a geniue virus any AV would have it blocked by now....

Yeah lol. Everyone can see that its to do with the sponsers, but they won't stop posting saying that its the sponsers.
