[LAYOUT] Random Template

Well I got bored so I thought, "I know I'll make a template for tehupload to enter the comp" but then once I made the background I thought, "this isnt going to work for a upload site" so I carryed on, then I got suck so I just added in anything I could think of at the time, and this is what I got;

I've still not finished it as you can see, the banners not done, the green bar isnt done, the side panel isnt done, I could do with make proper buttons, and the content could do with alot of work.

Anyway any thoughts so far or ideas?

Its working now, its really nice but theres something not right with it, hmmmm maybe it doesnt go properly or something.

As StraightUP said it's proberly the yellow bar, I'll remove that next edit.
