I opened up "Group memberships" and found them there.

What are they meant to be for?

They were used for a competition/event which nvrspk4 lead if I remember correctly. You joined a team and then tryed to earn them points etc.

They were for the Habbox Summer Spectacular events held over the Summer of this year.

You are now unable to join them because the events are over, however people who joined while the event took place still retain their subscription. There are no extra features that come with the subscriptions :).
