Anyway as I said it's my first alt, I think it's ok for a first go :)

Its there, anyways for a first its good, 8/10 maybe add some light in the pool with alighter blue, and add more shades to the smoke.

Advice; Don't use default pain colours, or tools, the spray tool (well most of the time). Best to do it pixel by pixel.
