Due to a strike by writers of Hollywood, Prison Break will take an early break. Instead of taking a break from December to April, it will take a break from Monday 12th November to January 14th 2008.

Due to this, 24 production stops at episode 6 and no release date has been confirmed. Original air date was January 13th and 14th 2008.

Other hollywood shows have also been affected by this.

Instead of airing 24 Season 7 on January 13th 2008, films such as The Terminator will be aired.

The WGA strike has already proven destructive. 24 will not air until 2009, Lost is scheduled to have an anti-climatic 8 episode run leaving fans to wait another 10 months, Heroes has been scheduled to end early and it's spinoff series Heroes: Origins has been cancelled.

Damon Lindelof said that he wants filming on the lot to be finished before we see Lost. God knows when we'll see it. Im gutted about 24, i cant wait that long. Cant imagine 2009 tho i mean thats over a year surely it aint that bad.
