Disasters: Tornados, Giant robot attack, earthquake, metoer, fire, lightning and a volcano that destroys most of the city.

Also, gas plants erxplode if they catch fire

Nuclear power stations cause a nuclear blast [radiation, destorys all life, huge crater] if they catch fire

I see you like the destructive side of it, so do I! :P

It's very hard to run a city sufficiently, though. You have to lack a lot of important expenditures so your sims suffer just to make money. I don't like that aspect.
