If I created a drag and drop web 2.0 button creator would you use it?

Also what symbols would you like to see go on the buttons eg ? symbol

Its only a crappy version, atm it has like 5 different colours of squares and 5 different colours of circles, 3 fonts and like 5 icons.

Told you its crap lol, take a screenie when your done. Im hoping to have loads of different buttons etc in the future. Would you prefer it like that or prefer drag and drop which would look alot more messy?

Should have something similar to what habbo have in their "look" selector,
you press which design so:

Square
Circle
Text (drop down to select type)
Logo (drop down to select)

Then at the side is a colour pallet.

etc.
And positioning and sizing as i've said ;)

Maybe some more colour, or a gradient select thing, like you get on graphics programs.

Then why not just get graphics programs? It's even possible to get web 2.0 in MS paint if you are 1337 enough...

Import/export would make this a keep though

I just need to think of a way to do export in flash, if anyone has a link to a tutorial or anything then let me know ;)

Also what other kind of online applications would you like to see? I am maybe going to make an online text editor like MS word or w/e.

Just so you know next in line is a HTML editor!!!!

The easiest way to export it is to send a request to a file like:

http://yoursite.com/imager/create.php?shape=*shape*&text=*text*&symbol=*symbol*

And then using PHP GD that file generates the image and sends a response back with like an url to the saved image and then the flash file outputs a html code with the image in like a box below ^_^

Lol, I might have a look at it later simon, atm im doing the HTML editor and its going extremely well ^^

So far I have used a ComboBox to show all the fonts and sizes of the text now I just have to add the buttons Bold Italic etc.
