Aparatus wasn't the official HM , He was the HM of kutakala (.fi) at the time and was given a temporally job , Ione officially got the status and job.
Daisy was never the HM , she was just owner of the Project, you can't really say she was the founder of Habbo seeing as Habbo was already a game in finland called Kutakala , she just made a British branch to it and well founded it.
