My mate is struggling to install an vb... because my mate always gets this
"The database has failed to connect because you do not have permission to connect to the server. Please confirm the values entered in the 'includes/config.php' file."

What do you do? Edit the config file then add his webserver password and username?

No you need to make a Username and Password for the Database you're trying to use with full priviledges.

Srsly, i wouldnt bother if you cant do this then you cant do much.
