I havern't got any source but I was watching sky news and heard it.

British Airways have been flying empty planes.
As this isn't any help to the environment or global warming.

They said they use it to pick up flight attendants if there is too many or too less on a plane.

Ill try get a source soon :)

I guess for really big supporters of stopping pollution will be down there argueing.

But I'd rather global warming and stuff as I love storms and natural disasters.

I won't care. Natural disasters is whats makes life real.

I visit loads of natural disasters. Ive flown to america to see some tornados.
Ive gone to some hurricanes. Not catagory 5's though.

Global warming won't kill the whole world till thousands of years and we don't live that long.

Lots of scientists have worked and stuff on it and they think global warming is happening, so unless you're a super scientist I'm afraid that I'm more likely to think their way, sorry. It's your word against scientists, and you're the one who hasn't got their knowledge ;)

Some scientists say that Global Warming is coming no matter what and has been around thousands of years. I think this Global warming is rubbish to be honest. I don't mind people flying around the world, I don't mind people driving cars all day long. I know its damaging the earth, but its too late now anyway.

Science VS My Thoughts, Science wins, however this isn't science as it was only decided Global Warming exists by a group of Scientists who had a vote. Science isn't based on surveys, it's based on facts. To compare Global Warming to Neo Nazis and the killing of the Jews is disrepectful to their memories. I used to believe in this rubbish until I read about it in depth and stopped listening to the absolute crap the news channels are feeding us, so maybe you had better stop being ignorant and read it yourself unless you'd rather be a spoon fed baby?

Its something to do with tax i heard.
With BA they pay the tax for a full plane or w.e, and if its still half empty their going to fly it because they have paid for the tax. Thats why u get cheap flights, they are trying to fill up all the empty seats to try get back as much tax they paid + profit.

i agree (slightly)

global warming is one aspect of the earths continous cycle. we have ice ages and global warming etc over and over. We are simply going through a stage of global warming that will happen anyway. we cannot stop it as it is inevetable. we are only speeding the natural process up.

I support recycling 100% as I think we are throwing energy away, if we burn our rubbish imagine how much power we could have supplied to our country. I support Nuclear power as you don't have to rely on other countrys for it and I support burning waste as it's a free energy.

If there's empty planes that means there's too many flights. If there's lots of flights there must be 1 every 30 mins - 1 hours. Surely people could wait that bit longer and get on a flight that will have more passengers.

I don't see why people complain about it. Thousands of planes fly everyday. A few have no passengers. A few planes isn't exactly going to affect the whole world. If there were passengers on it no-one would complain. It's still letting out the same amount of carbon emissions with or without passengers. In fact, with passengers it would let out more as more fuel would be needed for the extra weight.

Because the sea levels seem to be rising fast too.

I agree, I do kind of believe in Global Warming as I am very interested in History and have learnt about all the ice ages etc., I just believe that pollution is fast forwarding the process which may or may not lead to the extinction of human beings.

I hate the absurd nonsense some people on this forum talk, that is not what makes life real. Its just a disaster which kills thousands of innocent people. If you are wealthy enough to fly to places all the time just to see tornadoes etc then you have no clue of what real life is.
