AVERAGE DAY FOR ME

Breakfast - Cinnamon Grahams OR Porridge OR Banana - Banna accompanied by cup of tea

Lunch - Sandwhich/Toast with either sanwhich fillings eg ham/cheese or occasionaly on toast I have beans

Dinner - Various : Roast dinner , Chicken and bacon salad , Sandwhich , etc


TODAY:



Breakfast: Cinnamon Grahams , Cup of Tea

Lunch: Beans on toast and Nutregrain bar for like dessert

Dinner: Because it was shopping day today : Low fat Pizza , Salad , Peppers with guaccamole (sp) dips. Pudding was a lowfat homemade cheesecake with Fresh berries onthetop

Is this healthy or no

yeah that's healthy, compared to me anyway. lots of good stuff in there and it sounds like your body's getting everything it needs!

beans on toast is nice option. beans are like the un-sung hero and are very good for you.

more fruit and carbs possibly.

i assume you are consuming water as well.

Yeah thats healthy :)

You have a well balanced diet with a good combination of most of the things you need :)

Beans beans good for your heart the more you eat the more you fart!

Yeah it's healthy, not to healthy for the people who are near you when you eat the beans though. ;)
