Lol... Stretching only warms up your muscles.. It has nothing to do with your height.

stretching helps, i think.
people usually stretch to get their muscles and body ready for the day, when they wake up n stuff.

Hormone injections can increase height growth but the chances on your Doctor give you them really depends on how small you are and how it effects you psychologically.

No, my mums a yoga teacher and she's only half a cm taller than me and i'm not very tall for my age, infact I'm about the 5th shortest person in my class.

it isnt i watched a documentry one way is getting your knees streched with poles put in yur knees but thats only a few inches and need to check up every 6 months...
