I have simply posted this thread, due to the amount of stupid threads in the forum every time there is a little updated. I'd appreciate it if everyone would use this thread, to stop the UK News Forum and 'New Posts' clogging up.
Below is what I have found out already - feel free to add as the day progresses!

The New Homepage
The new Habbo homepage (see right - click for a larger image) has arrived.
It's got a brand new video, with Habbo's going through rooms - and it has a reworked, electric guitar version of the Habbo theme in the background - hurrah, I say!
A brand new remember me function has been added, so you won't have to type your username and password, everytime you feel like checking into the Hotel!
It also sports a 'visits in the last 30 days' function - good for those eager Habbos, who love crunching numbers!

Community
The brand new Community section is well... sort of empty right now! It sports the latest news section (instead of the homepage), discussions in group forums, tags, and a rather new 'Random Habbos' feature.
But that's not all - one of the oldest running features on Habbo, Funky Friday seems to have been removed - we can't find it anywhere! Is it coming back soon? Has Helkat ate it for tea?! Who knows!
The Community secion is now also home to a Rooms box, where you can see some of the most highly reccomended and top rated rooms on the Hotel - whey!

Credits
The Credits section has also had a makeover! Now with lots of flashy images, and a bigger warning that credits are not free, and you should always get permission to buy them!
They've split the methods into two sections "Quick and Easy" (Homephone, SMS and Credit Card), and "Other Methods" - for the methods that involve walking down to your corner shop etc!
Also, a new box has been added, where you can select where your from, to buy your credits - possibly even new methods to purchase in other countries may also be implimented!

Games
The Games section seems to of had a face lift aswell, showing the latest BattleBall: Rebound! scores... but that's about it. It seems pretty empty!
HOWEVER..., there is a new box that says "Play For Free" - and says the following:
"Battleball and SnowStorm are now free until the end of the year. Don't bother with Tickets, just play as much as you like."
Does this mean that the Hotel is phasing out paying to play games!? Or is it just a sarcastic dummy text?

Following suit, Habbo Homes have been updated - but not much! They've just put your old homepages into the new box - so not much of a change there!
The Hotel is still closed!
At 11.16am, Habbo UK is still closed to the public - not allowing anyone to sign in, register or access the client! Could they be implimenting new furniture? New clothes?
