Im there for like 3 days:\
What good shops are there? places to eat? places to goto on a night and day?

Universal studios is a must! Buy the VIP passes (even thogh they're like $300 each :S)
Then you go on a private tour of the film studios bit away from the main tour.

Plus you skip all queues for rides!

LA Is amazing to go, just walk down to the beach, and I gaurntee you'l meet somone famous! Also yea, hit up the Lakers, or you can watch some Football or Hockey! LA is alot of shopping places (Gucci, Louis Vutton and expensive stuff), Go to Universal Studios, or go watch a movie being made if there is one. :P Try to go to Hollywood haha.
