Getting rid of Horizontal Scrollbar?

I need to get rid of it in my iframe. I shrunk it down (reminds me, I need to lock that thread)

I have tried editing CSS and many more and none of them work.

Horizontal is across and vertical is up

You have set it to have a vertical scroll bar going from top to bottom
