Good try but, its too dark and the upload box is from imageshack as Nil said, the whole point of making an upload design is to make your own design for it.

So its too dark with very bad gradients.

But I can tell you made this from fireworks.

Nopt photoshop all the way. I havent got fireworks yet.. that reminds me to find the disk and install.

I find fireworks easy, but it hasn't got alot of features that photoshop has.
