It just closed and and it says something about 18:00-5:00 OPENING HOURS? What is going on this seems really weird and I am confused lol.

It's most likely to ban all the accounts :) Or they're doing a 'rollback'.

I can be sure, 99% sure, that they're not going to stick with those opening hours, if they were to introduce opening hours.
