Ok, Im 5ft 8 - 11, and 9 1/2 Stoneish.

I am not happy with my body.

I am very enthusiastic to start weights, Which I know will take 6 months to work It's magic.

And I am also keen of jogging on the spot, Half hour a day.

I cant run outside, Il probly get stabbed where I'm from haha!

Anyway, Without crappy Diets, I am happy to drink Diet coke/ Coke Zero.
No squash, Or Water, JUST COKE. Im very fussy.

How can I lose 1 stone, And how fast?

Weights - building muscle - weight GAIN, because muscle weighs more than fat. Although, the more muscle you have, the metabolism does speed up. So you may gain at first, then lose alot because your metabolism has sped up and stuff.

I'd focus on more aerbotic(sp?) exercising. Swimming is very good. It focuses on all the body parts. Jogging, as your doing, is good. Starjumps are good too, aswell as all that sort of stuff, dancing maybe? :)

Eating, all three meals a day, breakfast, something light like cereal if you're not a breakfast fan, lunch, something with meat, vegetables and protein, and dinner, something healthy but what you like too.

You could experiment with things you do like and things you don't like. Mix them together, so you're getting all the things your body needs.

a) yr not actually that fat.
b) if you ain't willing to stop drinking coke then tbh, you ain't got the commitment needed to go on a diet or start a fitness regime.

You don't need to lose weight.
Your BMI is 20.07 - right in the middle of the normal range - you're perfect!

Well first of all, you need to be drinking diep pepsi you idiot. Nojk. But maybe if your area is that dangerous then get a treadmill or nordic track so that you can run indoors if your that serious about it.

You should probably focus on putting weight on, rather than losing it ;S;s If you lost a stone, you would probably be classed as being underweight...

The fact you drink no water is dire for your health, and I promise you, you'll get no where in terms of improving your physique with coke.

Sinceyou dnt need to loose wight, why not just go for a healthy living, no junk food water etc. and do 3 hours of exersise a week :)
