Hey everyone, since yesterdays hotel update i have been trying constantly for access to my old account Errorised in which holds 15t. I cannot remember the password to my account let alone the password to the e-mail i registered it with which has really messed up my plans.. Can any of you suggest what i should do in order to get access again? I'm gonna give a throne to anybody who can kindly offer me some good hard advice on what to do..

Well, you can easily gain access as long as you know the details for it, such as, credits bought, date created, dob, phone number used for credits. Stuff like that.

Simply email player support saying you are an angry parent of a boy who has lost access to his account.

If you know the email and DOB, you can enter your DOB and email adress and it will send a reset to your email inbox.

If you don't know the email, 0rca will help. She will ask for info on the account to verify that you are the owner.

Through the Habbo Help tool lol.

e-mail it saying you lost the pastword. She will ask for info like the DOB, phone numbers credits were puchased with, mobile numbers, credit card numbers and other things. It will be recovered in the end.

Like I said before, it would be much easier if you have access to the original email you signed up with. Enter the DOB and email and password reset link will be sent to the email address.

If you know the email address, then you can click "Forgot my Password" and usually there is the security question. If you get that right, you will be given a new password and therefore access to the email account. If you then go onto habbo and click "forgot my password", they will send you the password to the email account and voila, you have access to your account :D

Use the habbo help tool

when it asks for your email type in the wrong email 3 times and it will allow you to continue.

Explain your problem (next time it asks for your email, type in your current email you so that they can contact you)

they'll email back with lots of questions, like, DOB?, Credits bought?, Date rgistered?, ect, which can all be obtained through the homepage or being on habbo itself so its stupid :P

Ok i will give all of the above a try.. As long as i know the e-mail address i used with my account it should all be fine.

Exactly, I recovered one of my own accounts yesterday using that method. Good luck!

I mean say his email was a "hotmail" email, he cud go to "hotmail.com" and there is the "forgot my password" link. Go from there as the starting point :D

Aslong as you know the DOB, I think it's fine.

Send a cfh saying you can't get on your account and suppy the MOD with the username, dob and eve a possible email...

after that, if not successful use the helptool, they reply the next day, it's really good.

Say you have forgotten the pw to the account, but your have the DOB and you have forgotten the email..
