Yeah we use a free skin, we didn't make it so you may see it around on other joomla sites :).

With tables? Ew. Static sites are so Web 1.0. It's all about CMS' now. If Habbox were to move at all, it would be to a custom built system, however I don't think there's a need for it, as Joomla seems to be handing everything fine, plus any functionality required can be integrated with Joomla anyway.

HabboMeadow has a custom (lovely) layout with joomla incorpriated so I don't see why Habbox couldn't but theres no real need to switch in my opinion.
