i made this ages ago but forgot bout it, everything is done scratch except for taking the colours off of a nordic table. Plzz reply with a rating /10

2 mistakes :p the top edge at the front thingy isn't curved like the other side and the glass is missing. you should put a glass effect to it. 8/10

flood the whole thing in say a blue colour, then colour over the out lines in a darker version of that colour.

its easy i just grab the tool above the pencil on paint, then click on the colour i want and voila, i can use that colour

Panda, when did your friend post that? I watched Neptune make it and that was months BEFORE he even joined the forums here. He first originally posted it in his HC armchair thread which was I don't know how long ago, go check it and see the date on it. Besides, the length, width, and colour are all different it would have been faster to just make it from scratch, not mentioning that the shelves are seperated with the board in the middle and the cabinet doors would have slowed him down if he copied.

well i wouldn't say a blue colo like skit said. if you want a realistic glass effect you can do a sort of reflection off the glass and like habbo does, some streaks of light across it so it looks like somethings there. observe habbo glass and try to make something like that :p

Yes i would agree if u just had the cabinet design without the china its easy even if the widths are wrong that is simple to adjust if had the cabinet design 5/10 if not 9/10 but to me it looks very similar

Hmm I can't find it Panda. Have you ever posted the url on these boards? Neptune first posted it on July 13, so if there is any proof that your friends made it before that date...

Personally, the only thing that looks similar is the wood pattern (which isn't even spaced out the same) and the fact that it's a rectangle, but that's just me.

You don't get it? Okay, let me put it this way. You have no proof he took it after your friends posted it on their site, the colour AND pattern of the wood is not the same, and the dimensions are all different. If you don't know what I mean by dimensions, look at the attachment. The bookcase is wider, shorter, and less deeper than the china, meaning that Neptune would have to change the whole thing. Why wouldn't he do that you ask? Well, wouldn't it be easier if he just made a rectangle from scratch?
