What is Level of investment

If some one asks you for your level of investment in a pitch what should say... what does it mean in that context

I, honestly, am not sure...

I think it means...basiclly how much money are you going to put in, however also how much time and effort are you going to put into it.

A small level of investment may be £10,000 and not be very involved, however a high level of investment would mean lots of money, lots of time and lots of effort.
