Sisters drink spiked

Well my sisters mate came round to watch children in need. (she smokes and I think shes taken drugs before)

Anyway they were watching it and my sister and her mate came downstairs for a drink etc and they were fine.

Went upstairs and my sisters mate had left and we went into my sisters room and she was lying there asleep.. We woke her up and her eyes were all red and crap and she acted as if she was drugged. She puked everywhere too.

I went out into the green outside and found 2 bottles of Cactus Jacks shots and they were both empty. Me and my mum think that my sisters mate spiked her drinks so we're phoning a doctor and my sisters bf coming over.

Also my sister only remembers drinking 1 cup of something and we've found the glass.

Well her mates always been a **** to her and they don't normally hang out together 24/7. Its mainly because they've known each other since they were about 5.Always falling out and then getting back together but I think this time they're not gonna be friends again if the drinks are spiked.

If she was spiked then they often can't remember what happened, yet she remembers having 1 drink not 2?

She ain't trying to hide the fact that she took drugs? As it's not something she would probably tell your family if she did.
I know if i took them and that happened and my family found me I would blame it on the booze lol.

If her eyes are red, its probs a bluey pill, a lower form of E which makes you feel wrecked for about an hour longer than your drink would last, then you comedown for the rest of the night/next day. If its E, she had a bad trip haha, unlucky i guess.
She could've taken the pills herself or been smoking drugs before hand if her eyes where blood red, mix ganja and alcohol, you get very wrecked, throw up all over and feel like a mong, its called whitying. I think she took drugs herself, not spiked.
See if she has a snotty nose, chesty cough, flem, like she would have a cold - this means she has probs took E, other pills or whizz/coke.
