[Question] Setting up a SMS payment system

Hey, i was just wondering how i could set up like a SMS payment system, example: If i was DJing on my website, and i tell my listeners to text to 80349, and when they do i recieve the message somehow and i also get 50p per text, and it costs the listeners 50pu. plus standard network rates.

Can someone give me a link to where i can set up such a thing? Or give me abit of information to enlighten me.
