Grrr Stacking

Okaii this is really frustrating im stacking atm and im using 6 rollers now whenever i stack 3 objects eg amber,pine,dm i wanr to put a pine under the dm but it wont even let me put a z shelf on the roller let alone a pine this is really frustrating is there a limit now or something?
