Seriously.. I called credit card company, no payments have been declined, none on my phone, and none on the cell phone. Seriously, what the hell? I've bought AT LEAST $500.00 off Habbo, and this is how they treat their customers?
http://img441.imageshack.us/img441/3898/fffve4.jpg
Also, is there any way to get unbanned?

Its nothing to do with any of you what he spends on habbo..
Maybe because you had so many credits they thought you were doin somin naughty
if he spends £500 on habbo thats his choice.
and like xavier said,
use the help tool and find out.
Its nothing to do with any of you what he spends on habbo..
But I do have a right to ask why he spent that much if he tells me.

I've spent over $500.00 on Habbo because I sell the RuneScape gold I make for money, in which I send in Money Orders / Use Credit Card / SMS to get coins.
I really can't see why or how I got banned for "fraud", which means a transaction of mine was illegal, or disputed, and I know it wasn't.

Ah yeah, I called Sulake and got everything sorted out.
They thought I was using a stolen credit card, and locked my Click & Buy account, and banned me.
Finally got it all sorted out after tons of phone calls, and waiting.
Rule of thumb : Don't spend more than $300.00 a week on Habbo Credits >.>
what so if you've got loads of money you get banned? :/
Basically, yes.
Sulake don't think that just anyone is going to randomly spend $500 on Habbo, therefore it seems suspicious.
It'd be normal if it was 10 dollars here, 20 there, but it's 500. They could have like.. safety banned and then contacted you or something.. Oh well.
I got banned for SG for fraud because someone donated a voucher which was bought on a credit card without the owners permission. Im still banned and its been a year or so.

They never contacted me about it, which really ticked me off.
I had to use the help tool twice, then wait about a week, and finally got the phone number to dispute.
Then, they had to go through every transaction, e-mail Click & Buy, and wait about a week for them to reply.
Finally, they had to contact my bank and all, and finally got it sorted out.
But yeah, I bought coins like this in one week alone :
3 Transactions of $150.00 for 1,800 coins (2 for 1 day)
3 Transactions of $150.00 through Click & Buy for 1,800 coins (2 for 1)
5 Habbo 900 Transactions for $10.00
Total in one day/week : $310.00
what so if you've got loads of money you get banned? :/
LOL sam makes no sense, he just wants a high post count and doesn't think what he's typing.

I really hope you don't spend that much on Habbo every week.
If you do, you need some kind of therapy.
I only spend about £20 every 2/3 months.
$300.00 a week on Habbo Credits >.>
Your off your rocker
Some people could argue that £20 over that time period is too much. He could be rich, He could be a millionaire or he could make so much money from selling rs gold ect that he wants to make more and more by buying credits..

If it's any help, you should try to use a table of when to buy creds etc. This could help with the addiction.
Maybe you need to get off Habbo for a while to calm down a bit from the credit buying.
I only buy £3 worth a week :blue_smil
Try lowering the sum of money you spend in a week/month/year to how much/if you're earnings in real life.
See if this has helped for the future.
to be quite honest; if i was sulake i'd ban you too. and possibly; i wouldn't lift the ban.
you're using them as a business tool, which is not what habbo was designed for in any way.
i suggest if you wanna make money you go do it somehow, without personifying a childs website ;l.
very, very, very sad.

Lol I didnt know there was a ban for fraud but anyway if your innocent then they should lift the ban they must of had something to lead them to think you were using it for fraud.

Right half of you are going 'Oh your sad you spent 300 quid i spent 50 quid once every 3-4 months'
Heck i havent spent money on Habbo for years prob since 04, In 04 i spent 250 pounds on Habbo throught eh phone bill didnt get perm? my dad even got a refund still not banned. In 06 i made over 500 quid from Habbo baught a Dell laptop.
Havent spent money on it since but if this kid wants to buy Habbo creds let him be if he enjoys Habbo that much he should be allowed to buy credits.
Also about the ban, Pitch got perm because someone baught him credits and didnt pay the bill that might of been the case with you just give them a ring there realy helpfull on the phone ;)

Hey there,
I didn't want to read all the rest of the pages but here is what you can do;
Moderators can now deal with bans through the Call for Help so you can do that, for slower and a more accurate response you can use the Habbo Help Tool. The best result's you will get is by calling up the office's and speaking to the directly.
If they won't unban you ask for proof, if they can't give you any proof to back-up their point then you can take it into further actions to due with laws I beileve. That's if you want, of course!
Good Luck!
EDIT: I think I read your unbanned so well done if so. I haven't bought credits since like 1-2 years ago! :P I'm proud of myself infact.

I agree with that. It's someone elses money, not yours.. so why do you care so much what they spend it on? People spend 100+ dollars on video games .. for what? It's a game. Habbo is a game. You spend money on Habbo = the same as you spending money on a regular game pretty much.

No they're not... I mean, I don't spend loads on Habbo and I'm not a staff suck up, but they're not scammers, its not like you have to buy credits? Its peoples personal choice, if they have the money and want to spend it on Habbo, then so what?
Just like LiquidAciid, Habbo is no different to any other games people spend £30-£40 on really. It just doesnt come on a disk :P Think about it, when you buy a game for your PS3/360 or whatever you have, you're paying for pixels too... just on a disk.:)

Yeah if the person you sold runescape to baught using a fake/stolen credit card, you get the blame for it.
Habbo won't unban you because you knew what you where doing and its illegal to sell virtual furniture ;)

I had a problem buying credits that were charged but didn't appear in my purse. I telephoned them and the person was very helpful and sorted it out in about 2 minutes.
Personal contact by you or your parents would probably be the best option to find out what has happened.

He's most probably a millionare gaining about £2bill every week lol.
Just cause you don't buy that much doesn't mean other people can't.
