http://images.habbohotel.co.uk/c_images/article_images_gb/euro08_article.png On Wednesday night it's not only England's Euro 2008 fate at stake. There is another big match taking place...
England host Croatia at Wembley stadium on Wednesday night (21st November) knowing that if they avoid defeat, they will secure their place at Euro 2008. However, England are not alone in taking their qualification to the final game.
Finland have never qualified for a major football tournament but it's not through lack of trying. This time around, they are the closest they have ever been, as their destiny is in their own hands going into the final qualifying game. Finland must win away in Portugal to guarantee their place in next summer's tournament. Can English coach Roy Hodgson lead Finland to victory?

Event
Since the Finnish national football team are on the verge of making history, we thought it would be nice to send the Finnish community a good luck message in true Habbo fashion. Pop along to the Makeover Group (http://habboxforum.com/groups/56744/id) for details of Monday's (19th November) football themed event!

I hate it when people usually say this, but they have left out Scotland. There was a pa lava about this with the Rugby World Cup, but I think this time it's more appropriate. I am English 100% and never been to Scotand btw... But Scotland had a very important game and it meant a hell of a lot to them as they're on best form and were in with a chance for once. However there was no 'news' or events for that, not a mention, though with England there is, I know England's match is important, but I think Scotland's was equally as important if not more. I do understand that the staff are all English and the offices is in London, but it is HABBO UK and there is a lot of Scottish members playing the hotel, I think they should of either focused on both games or simply none.

Miniature rant over.

Some of you moan when Habbo don't have competitions, and when they do you moan about the prize. Nobody is making you enter.

Can't believe you wrote that much over nothing. If it wasn't for England keeping this stupid Union together then Scotland would be poor and useless. Harsh it may seem but it's the truth. The English only get around £6000 spent per head on them whereas the Scottish get £8000 per head spent on them, I think us English have a lot more to moan about mate.

Very wrong. The scottish own most of the oil rigs in the UK, as well as tight bonds with other neighbouring countries. They could go it by themselves, which is why they've been wanting independence for quite some time. I think they got it too, if I'm not mistaken... Anyway, yeah.. >_>

Westminister will always own the Oil and Gas in the North Sea because England has always been the economic machine keeping the union going.
