Personally i'm fully against it. Although i don't believe everything can be settled by talking i don't reckon strapping a C4 to your chest and killing loads of people can be seen as progress.

I peronsally am 100% against terrorism. There is no need to kill innocent people who have done nothing wrong and are just trying to live normally. The act of 9/11 scared me especially because my father lives in America and he was near to the towers on that day. Now however he has been sent to Iraq as he is in the USAF and he has to be on the frontline as he tells people where to drop bombs.. meaning he could get acts of terrorism everyday. I just don't understand why people can not sort their differences out in another way... theres no need to blow yourself up for "honour".. that makes you more of a coward to agree to it and carry it out on defencless people then any other human in the world. I hope people will learn in the future that its wrong and stupid and pointless.

I understand why they do it. They have been brainwashed by religion and individuals who they believe are great men of their religion. Of course, this doesn't make it at all acceptable. In the modern world, even in the less economically developed countries, a political stance causes greater change than one that involves violence. Violence may gain a lot of media attention, but it will never lead you to success.

People seem to be missing the point. They don't do it so you like them, they do it precisely for this: to scare people. To incite terror, as per the name.

They follow the orders of men who believe they are doing something good in the world, as Garion said - brainwashed by there religion. It's pathetic.

They're brainwashed by their supposedly "heroes" in their religion, which is amazing pathetic. However, they are pretty unstoppable, as we haven't a clue when they could strike, and our pain, is their pleasure..
