If I must:

- Overall design is bad, its just 4 boxes? Barely any style on them as well (just a drop shadow or two).
- Text is appalling
- Far too simple
- Shows nothing to give it a better mark than 4/10..

The main plans for Cartoonamatic layout is too have pop' flash moves on the main content box, with daily comics int he nav bar.

The flash portal upload etc, blog, chat system will be in a popup window.

He works for them or is something to do with them, also he's an idiot thats the reason for 10/10. :P

Also I reallllly dislike it, the font shouldn't be that size- thats what it looks like and the colours are horrible.. the navigation text is also stupid and disgusting

anyways isuck yeah that font is awsome im using it, its smart - anyones whos on the team the cake has been crumbled, it had icing on :o

Mousy if you could let me have a PSD of it I could take a stab at it.

The font is better, but you still havent changed all of the fonts. *gets on the floor and begs for you to change the text* I will be sick if you keep that font. Use a nice font, a font which everyone has on their OS, it will save the use images and will load your site faster. It's OK, not the best layout i've seen, not the worst neither. Add a bit of dummy text/images so I can see what the end result will look like, then I can give you further guidence.

Neutrals and smooth colours are best in my opinion for a website.

That is bloody awful. Colours are bad, fonts are bad, shadows are bad, structure is bad. There isn't 1 thing good about it.
