Complaining about Habbox Staff or Forum Members

This forum is only for posting serious complaints against any Habbox Staff Member or a Forum Member.

Please do not complain here if a staff member has broken a minor forum rule and use the 'report a post button' so it can be dealt with the correct way.

This forum is Private and only the Thread Poster and (Assistant) General Managers can see and reply to your thread.
Please provide as much evidence as possible to back up your complaint and help us deal with your complaint.
You will be able to reply to any questions or comments from (Assistant) General Managers to help in our investigation. We will fully investigate your complaint until we are satisfied we have dealt fairly and honestly with each complaint.

Here are a few examples of serious complaints but use your own judgement.

Complaints against Habbox Staff.
We will investigate complaints against Habbox Staff on Habbox and Habbo.

- Copies of any personal messages (Please do NOT delete them from your inbox)
- Screenshots (We cannot always tell if these are real or alterations but will help)

We will update the list above with other evidence that will help if there are any that have not been suggested already.

The three types of complaints below will all be kept private.

I guess it's a good idea in the sense it gives people a chance to directly complain about staff members.

However, I don't really see what was wrong with the previous system where members could PM the appropriate department manager to deal with the staff member, whereas now it is a more public issue and certain individuals could be wrongfully targeted, or other staff members may deal with complaints that do not actually regard them.

It has it's up's and it's downs... :P

I dont see any problem contacting the department managers about their staff if thats what you want to do.

Edit: I added this to the thread
If you want to complain directly to the Department Manager of the staff member concerned if you think they can deal with the issue feel free to do so instead of posting for the (Assistant) General Managers to deal with the complaint.

There is quite a few complaints that target individuals in the complaint forum and I think naming them in public causes more problems than good.

If it works great but if not it can be reviewed.

I think complaints like this are much better done in a private forum. Lots of members/staff would be put off doing it in a public forum for fear of repercussions. Good move. :)

If forum admins actually read emails and PMs about conmplaints there would be no need for such a forum.

I will PM nvr a link to your post and I am sure he will get back to you very soon.

Only a select few have access to the contact email.
If its posted on the forums all AGM's can see the threads so you should get a quicker response.

MEGA CRITCISM TIME!

The announcement title is too long :P Nice short punchy titles usually get the job done better :)

The move itself is definately a large leap forwards :)

Agreed.

Anyway this update has it's pros and cons.
The pros are pretty obvious, keeping the complaints private which is the only one I can think of right now lol damn alcohol.

and one of the major cons being that in some thread other forum members input may be needed, by making it private other members can not see what is being discusses and there for cant give any input through the PM system.

I think it's a good idea, because last time when everyone could view the complaints, other members/staff complained because someone was complaining about them. At least this time it will save some arguements.

That's what they created PMs (http://www.habboxforum.com/private.php?do=newpm&u=1857) for ;) If I had recieved a notification of the payment I would have added it by now ;)

Agreed.

Well I use the standard skin so its fine for me :) maybe just highlight the text so u can read it? or change the skin for a minute to read it?
I will lose sleep over this tonight :(

If you feel strongly enough about an individual then you could always complain yourself? if a complaint is made that should be for all to see we will move it or at least make a thread ourselves (so the originl poster is not named) for you to all comment on.

I can see it being a good idea, in my eyes certainly due to many reasons, mainly confidentiality for staff who perhaps dont want to be named and shamed. And the fact that if someone gets their dealt with faster than someone else, they would complain and moan and this way there is less hassle?

I think PM'ing the Manager is better as it stays more private.

They can still pm the manager but some people might not find the reply they get from the manager good enough.
Of course the managers know what they are talking about and if AGM's are asked the person would usually get a similar response.
