Apparently he hacked into runescape and somehow managed to change the prefrences and make it possable to attack anyone anywhere.

it was a glitch, not a hacking. it happened in world 111 after someone had his rank #1 construction party when he kicked everyone out. and he only got about 3 phats..

saosin is about right, declan, ur an idiot he didnt hack into jagex, he was in Cursed You's con party (Cursed You was the richest, he had 20 phat sets) he also got permed since jagex thought he was responsible for the glitches, the glitch was basically: he kicked out every1 and some people such as duriel321 could still attack people, so a few people got iped.
