Don't you hate when you get really cute shoes and you KNOW they are going to hurt your feet, but they are just gorgeous! I got some Juicy Coutures (flats) and they hurt like hell, but they are so cute! I went to the mall for 5-6 hours yesterday with my friends and they were killing me :( but it doesn't change how cute they are! :eusa_danc

Vans are very comfortable and Converse aren't that comfy, but I only wear them for school.

i have common sense and buy/wear shoes which fit me. ive seen shoes that i rly like but being too small, i wont buy them cause its just stupid todo that, just because they look good.

i bought a pair of vans that were the wrong size. i just kept bending them and filled them with newspaper and stuff. this made the shoes 'think' that they were broken in, and they didnt hurt from then on

one thing to help shoes which dont fit perfectly, is putting scrunched up newspaper in them and leaving them in the shoes for like a few days/weeks. sounds stupid, but it does work.

or, if they're made from canvas, or some kind of fabric, if you put them under a hair dryer for a couple of minutes, then put them on and let them cool down, they'll 'mould' to the shape of your feet.

See I would do that because I have before, but it would mess them up and I KNOW it. All of you are saying you buy what's comfortable. If you have seen my closet I have plenty of comfortable shoes it's the fact that I'm way past comfort. I just want some cute shoes. I'm willing to risk the pain, really.

What are trainers? Never heard of em (I'm American). I have plenty of Vans and Converse though and they are comfortable but those are my "Just going to the store" or "around the house" shoes. I don't wear them very much but they are still cool none the less xD What do trainers look like though?
