Yes but just because they don't reply to you it doesn't mean your on the do not hire list, they could be very busy or other peoples applications may be better.

It's called Do Not Hire List as far as I am aware. I am pretty certain only Department Managers and above know who is on it however they might not be permitted to tell you. I think they are more likely to tell you via PM then replying to a thread anyway.

Just PM and wait, they are very busy so it may take a while for a reply :)

It's in the Managers forum, so only people who are manager or above can see it. As far as I can remember, you are allowed to know if you're on it, and why you're on it.

Not very many people are actually on it, and when you are, you can still get hired ~ Galaxay was on it and he got high in HxHD and Forum Moderator .. which imo kinda defeats the point of the object really :S
