I wouldn't ring them up next week because it sounds too pushy (because a month isn't up).

Contact them the week after, and say something like "I'm terribly sorry, but I haven't seemed to recieve any correspondence about my prize." :).

Yeah.
I asked Habbo for Habbo Credits equivalent of the 50Pound UKASH voucher I won but they said We are looking into other options. 1 Month later and still nothing :'(

Does any old-skool person here remember when Habbo did the "Wonders of the Habbo World".. this was like 2 years ago or summat.. and like there was a great wall of china room, and an angel of the north room, and the winner was like a Volcano thing. Supposed to have won an iPod shuffle, and never got it.
Seems habbo staff are a little lazy when it comes to giving out the big prizes ;)
Must've slipped their mind... lots of times... over many years...

I would wait another week before contacting them. After a week send them an email if they don't reply to that in 24 hours ring them up and say you haven't received any of the prize etc

theyre okay with giving out credits, which cost them nil.. but when it gets to prizes in Real life that they have to pay out for, it seems to take them a while.

Kindof suspicious that they haven't contacted you, but techincally there was no legal agreement that they HAD to give you the trip (even though if they dont its really shaudy).

Tbh I wouldn't care if it was to Iceland, as in the shop. But they'll have to send me one via plane, give me a hotel for 4 nights, and £200 spending money in Iceland aswell as a car to the shop itself :D

Id contact them. I remember on USA a while back my friend won a Wii but they wanted their Social Security # for her to recieve it. Maybe habbo has some loop holes in this comp too.

Its all wrong when you have to put yourself out to try and get a prize you won. They should have sent you the credits as soon as the comp winners were announced and emailed you regarding your trip but who are we to comment on how a multi national company is run? im suprised they have any users with their arrogance they show over such matters. They will probably give you a days notice to fly out :o it will be on Xmas day and flying from Glasgow or something stupid.

They are hard to get atm so maybe staff have kept that one to give somebody as a Xmas gift and will send his once they are back in stock in the shops after Xmas and perhaps with a small price cut. :o this is a joke as I could not see honest habbo staff doing such a thing :o

I would hate to suggest it was kept by uk staff :o I am sure all the prizes get sent to the office and they are expected to send them out :o if people dont chase them up maybe the prize just vanishes? lost in the post? they are good at losing stuff ;o
