I was having a discussion with some friends about Christmas morning and I was saying that one of the best bits is getting up and unwrapping all your presents.

To my extreme horror, some of them said that their parents don't wrap their parents cause they aren't little kids and there is no need cause it's just a waste of time...

I take their point lol, but I don't think age is anything to do with it tbh! I just love the whole idea of it, and it's a big part of Christmas for me!

So what do you think?

DOES YOUR MUM/DAD WRAP YOUR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS FOR YOU?

unwrapping is the best bit. even if you know what you're getting, you don't know whats in each box, which makes it quite exiting.

...What does age have to do with it? No matter what age you are most people like surprises. So, yeah, mine are still wrapped.

yh, cos we take turns to unwrap, so if they werent wrapped we'd just not know where to start and things like clothes would be ignored.

a good thing our family do is get rid of load of empty boxes from our attick, by wrapping boxes up and putting little items in em for other family then giving them it :P like last year we wrapped a lawnmower box up with dvd in and gave to auntie...

my nanna/aunties/uncles wrap my presents up and put undertree
my mum/dad wrap some presents up and put undertree
and they just bung aload wrapped/unrwapped in a binliner and put near tree on xmas eve.

i ususally get up around 9 am on xmas day ;) what about others?

Nope my family doesnt, they just have them organised on the sofa.
Sometimes they hide things which Is kinda cool I guess.
I love coming down and seeing everything cluttered up with so much colours and technology.

Yea, they still wrap my presents. I think it has nothing to do with age either. It's just the surprise you get when you open the presents.

Mine are wrapped yeah, I don't know/don't want to know what I'm getting before the day, so makes it better yeah. Also we don't get like £300 or whatever spent on us at Christmas so it's usually stuff that can be a bit more useful or sentimental than some massive expensive machinery.
