I will now value the room according to the Habbox RVS - Once that value is reached, a trade will be secured.

EDIT: It is worth over 2T. The majs are 1T for 20, and I have a room full of petals (the others are in hand) which is 2T, so that is 3T automaticly.

I am not getting greedy, just want to sell for its value.

I have added up the values of all the rares, and it is way more than 2T 8HC. That excludes all the plants and norms. Nom is winning at the moment with 3t 10.

EDIT: Just to give you an idea, I have added it all up and its 4T 10HC
