first one cuz it's got more weight and you don't get the big one with #2.
+ it's cheaper.

Definitely the first set.
But it's a bit deceptive saying it's 25KG (haven't added up all the 6x things) cos at the bottom it says total weight is 22.5KG.
You'll get a better range of workout with the first and it should last longer for you.
Id get first set becuase not only is it cheaper, you get a barbell and dumbell. So you get more for your money

It's cheaper for s start. You have a better variety(for developing muscle wise) and i think it will be more usefull than the seccond one.

i'd say two.
it's a fiver more but if these are your first set or an upgrade u dont wanna push yourself too far.

Also thanks for the other view Padraig; but as they're adjustable with the spinlocks, I don't think there'd be much difference in weights between the two. :)

First one, you have a range of different sized dumbells, as oppose to the one size.
