My project

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to post this, if not, please forgive me.

Anyways, I am starting my own project which is to design a new layout for a clientexec billing system.

I hope to achieve:

New design
New content box (All grouped on the left or right)
Mass email function
Be able to add your own groups (Such as Site owner, support assistant manager, financial manager etc etc)

Thats all I can think of.

I would like more ideas from you guys! Please post. :)

Also, this would be my very very first time at ever attempting something like this.

There are support tickets, however I may attempt to do an "email an admin/mod/support staff" function.

to be honest, i think you should make your own billing system
1.) It would earn you $$$$$
2.) You would be very proud if you found out pure people were using it ;)
