80 Att, Str, Def

Hey guys i was jsut wondering how and where i should possibly train for 80 att str and def, i am cb 93 (also want 100 cb :P)

i found it rather fast, going to train on Bloodvelds in the slayer tower.

Train on bloodvelds, or Jellies or just with slayer thats what i do ;)

Wear hides at Bloodvelds and bring some super defences so you don't drain food. :)

lvl50 spiders in stronghold security (lvl 3) are good if you want to afk, I just leave it for 20mins then come back and make them auto attack again, or do the random.

edit; oh and wear drag/rune w.e then guthans for healing then you dont have to bank in like 2 months

2 months? :S dont think so.. guthans breaks after about 15 hours of straight combat i think :S

melee pray there is an alter right next to you.
All you need is anti poisons for that ******* annoying spider
